About CityScape
The premiere civil engineering firm dedicated to the upward projectory of Baltimore City’s environment. We specialize in planning, design, and permitting of green infrastructure and urban site development projects.
CityScape was founded in 2014 by Kelly Lindow, a water resources engineer with a bold vision and a true love for Baltimore and urban living. Launching off a strong foundation of technical research, regulatory policy, and civil design experience, she sought to provide local community groups and non-profits with impactful and highly-affordable green infrastructure projects – all uniquely tailored to the environment of Baltimore City.
10+ years later, CityScape has expanded our mission to include equitable site design. With a staff of 9 inspiring, talented, and motivated staff, CityScape is now a recognizable name at the forefront of urban greening and revitalization projects across the City.
Certified woman owned MBE/DBE/SBE firm by MDOT and Baltimore City to provide environmental consulting and landscape design services.
